PRODUCTION REGISTRATION
Welcome to the production registration system for the American College Theatre Festival Registration System.
PLEASE NOTE: This site is only for production registration. To register to attend a regional conference, visit your region's website.
SCHOOL REGISTRATION (user account): Registration of your college or university for ACTF. Once you've done this, you don't need to do it again. You'll get a membership account (which is free), and members can register shows in ACTF year after year. (NOTE: For record-keeping purposes, we only allow schools to have one account. If there is an existing account for your school, email brad.carlson@actfltd.org to have it transferred. A second account will not be approved.)
PRODUCTION REGISTRATION: With your new member account, register all the productions your school wants. You can find more information, including Sponsorship Information, here.

Getting Started with Registration
Create your school's account (this only needs to be done once)
- Click "School Registration" to set up your school's account. This step is essential for accessing production details, invoices, and streamlining future entries.
- Account Approval: Accounts are reviewed manually, so you will not automatically gain access to your account. Please allow up to two business days for approval.
Important Note: We limit each school to a single Wild Apricot account to maintain clear records of your institutions participation. If you are unsure if your school already has an account, please contact Brad Carlson brad.carlson@actfltd.org
Production Registration and Payments
- Once your account is active, you can register all productions for your school through this system, with each production linked to your account.
- Payment Options: Pay immediately by credit card or select "Invoice Me" to pay by check. No need to call or fax credit card details! (Mail checks to: 2809 Green Hills DR, Ames, IA 50014. Make checks payable to ACTF Management Ltd.)
- Productions must be registered at least 30 days before opening night, to allow the region time to arrange for a respondent. If your production opens in less than 30 days, please contact your regional chair before registering.
Manage Your Account
- All invoices and receipts are saved in your account, accessible at any time.
- Need to transfer the account to another person? Brad Carlson brad.carlson@actfltd.org to update account ownership and reset the password.
